Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the school must hold an election for a parent representative under section 105 of the Education Act 1989 for Roseneath School (2982).

The elections must be held by 14 April 2017.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
