Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport is pleased to appoint

Chris Moller

to the board of the NZ Transport Agency as a member and chair for a term commencing on 21 November 2016 and expiring on 30 April 2018; and

Nick Rogers

to the board of the NZ Transport Agency as a member for a term commencing on 21 November 2016 and expiring on 30 June 2019.
