Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, David Charles Cull, terminate the state of local emergency declared in respect of Dunedin City on 14 November 2016.

The termination of the state of local emergency shall take immediate effect from 14 November 2016 at 5.47am.
