Pursuant to section 6(1) of the Family Dispute Resolution Act 2013, the Secretary for Justice approves the following organisations as dispute resolution organisations for another term ending 30 June 2019:

• New Zealand Law Society;
• Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand Incorporated; and
• Resolution Institute.

The approvals are subject to conditions made in accordance with Regulations 5(2)(a), (c), (d), (f), (g), (h), and (i) of the Family Dispute Resolution Regulations 2013.
