Nigel Gould

as a member and chair for a term commencing on 1 November 2016 and expiring on 30 June 2019;

Peter Griffiths

as a member and deputy chair for a term commencing on 10 October 2016 and expiring on 30 June 2018; and

Jim Boult

as a member for a term commencing on 1 November 2016 and expiring on 30 June 2019.
