I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 19 October 2016 I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 with 125 parcels of ordinary shares in Smartt Holdings Limited. The shares are vested in the Crown by virtue of the removal from the Companies Register of Promised Land (2002) Limited, which formerly held the shares. Promised Land (2002) Limited was removed from the Companies Register on 25 February 2009.
