Pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has reappointed

The Honourable Sir James Bruce Robertson, of Wellington

as Chairperson and a member of the Disciplinary Committee for a term of five years from 12 September 2016; and

Simon Joseph Hassan, of Auckland

as a member of the Disciplinary Committee for a term of five years from 12 September 2016.
