Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 October 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Alison Austin in respect of Barnardos KidStart Childcare – Dyer Street Early Learning Centre (60217), situated at c/o Dyer Street School, 9 Dyer Street, Lower Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
