as health practitioner members of the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand for terms of office commencing on the date of this notice’s publication and ending on 2 July 2019; and

John Sandston

as a layperson member of the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of this notice’s publication.
