Take notice that I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in part of the balance remnant land in Computer Freehold Register SL17/258 described as Part Section 306, Block LXX, Hokonui District, with an estimated area of 2.7700 hectares shown coloured orange, abutting Computer Freehold Registers SL165/61, SL6A/1237, SL10B/638 and 235681.* The registered proprietor of that reversionary interest is New Zealand Agricultural Company Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register in 1909.
