Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 January 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Pauline Davison in respect of Footprints Homebased Educare (45678), situated at 7 Union Street, Waihi.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
