Peter Charles Dengate Thrush, of Wellington

as chair of the Rulings Panel for a term commencing on 29 August 2016 and expiring on 28 August 2019;

Geraldine Ann Baumann, of Wellington

as a member and deputy chair of the Rulings Panel for a term commencing on 29 August 2016 and expiring on 28 August 2021;

Susan Rosemary Roberts, of Tauranga

as a member of the Rulings Panel for a term commencing on 29 August 2016 and expiring on 28 August 2019; and

Nicola Jan Wills, of Wellington

John Joseph O’Sullivan, of New Plymouth

as members of the Rulings Panel for terms commencing on 29 August 2016 and expiring on 28 August 2021.
