Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the schools must hold an election for a student representative under section 101 of the Education Act 1989 for:

Avondale College (78).

Napier Boys’ High School (216).

Tuakau College (106).

The elections must be held by 28 October 2016.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
