Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed

Richard Andrew Coupe, of Hamilton

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 31 March 2017 and expiring on 30 March 2022; and

Carl Geoffrey Blanchard, of Auckland

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 24 August 2016 and expiring on 23 August 2021; and appointed

Silvana Gabriela Schenone, of Auckland

as a member of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 October 2016 and expiring on 30 September 2021.
