Pursuant to section 6(2) of the Takeovers Act 1993, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed

Richard Andrew Coupe, of Hamilton

as Chairperson of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 October 2016 and expiring on 30 March 2022; and

Carl Geoffrey Blanchard, of Auckland

as Deputy Chairperson of the Takeovers Panel for a term commencing on 1 October 2016 and expiring on 23 August 2021.
