Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 June 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Ieremia Tuivaiti in respect of Mo Tatou In-Home Early Childhood Education & Care – Ia Ta’aui Measina (46372), situated at 41 Chilton Drive, Paraparaumu.

This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
