Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Hawke’s Bay District Health Board Opioid Substitution Treatment Service and medical practitioner issued under this section and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2014, No. 29, page 830.
