Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby declare valid the 3 June 2016 election of representatives for the Selwyn College (49) Board of Trustees.

This notice shall take effect the day of publication.
