Pursuant to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed

as a member and Chair of the New Zealand Blood Service for a three-year term of office commencing on 15 June 2016; and reappointed

Professor Peter John Browett

as a member of the New Zealand Blood Service for a term of office commencing on 15 June 2016 and ending on 14 December 2016; and appointed

Ian Ronald Ward

as Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Blood Service for a term of office commencing on 15 June 2016 and ending on 18 August 2017; and appointed

Dr Bartrum William Baker

Cathryn Ruth Lancaster

Fiona Sheryl Pimm

as members of the New Zealand Blood Service for three-year terms of office commencing on 15 June 2016.
