Pursuant to section 280(5) of the Gambling Act 2003, I hereby give notice of a variation to the name and the purpose of the Lottery World War One Commemorations, Environment and Heritage Distribution Committee (“committee”).

The committee shall henceforth be known as the Lottery Environment and Heritage Distribution Committee.

Its purpose will be to foster the conservation, preservation and promotion of New Zealand’s natural, physical and cultural heritage.

The variations do not affect the continuity of the committee or the terms of appointment of committee members.
