Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 March 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Jo-Anne Glen in respect of ABC Whitby South Rua (60325), situated at 39 Cleat Street, Whitby, Porirua.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
