Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed

Sarah Jennifer Court, of South Australia

as an associate member of the Commerce Commission for a term commencing on 23 November 2015 and expiring on 30 April 2018.
