Pursuant to section 147(4) of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, the Director-General of the Ministry for Primary Industries gives notice of the form prescribed for keeping information on dairy cow milksolids collection.

Under section 147(4), “form” refers to the manner by which dairy processors must keep a record of the amount of milksolids collected, directly or indirectly, on or from dairy farms.

The prescribed form will be available from 1 June 2016 on the website

www.mpi.govt.nz
