Voting Papers in Mandarin, Samoan, and Tongan for School Boards of Trustees Elections Notice

Pursuant to Regulation 18(3) of the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, I hereby approve the following attached voting papers in Mandarin, Samoan, and Tongan for use in the circumstances specified:

  • Mandarin Voting Paper for parent representatives for use in all elections, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  • Mandarin Voting Paper for schools that have opted into a Mid-term Election Cycle (Triennial Election Year Only) for the election of parent representatives to a board of trustees for use only when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  • Mandarin Staff Representative Voting Paper for the election of a staff representative to a board of trustees.
  • Samoan Voting Paper for parent representatives for use in all elections, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  • Samoan Voting Paper for schools that have opted into a Mid-term Election Cycle (Triennial Election Year Only) for the election of parent representatives to a board of trustees for use only when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  • Samoan Staff Representative Voting Paper for the election of a staff representative to a board of trustees.
  • Tongan Voting Paper for parent representatives for use in all elections, except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  • Tongan Voting Paper for schools that have opted into a Mid-term Election Cycle (Triennial Election Year Only) for the election of parent representatives to a board of trustees for use only when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year.
  • Tongan Staff Representative Voting Paper for the election of a staff representative to a board of trustees.
