Pursuant to section 23(1)(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Chai Chuah, Director-General of Health, under delegated authority from Jonathan Coleman, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of all controlled drugs by

Dr Gregory Thorne, medical practitioner of Whangarei.
