I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 8 April 2016, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of David Reid Homes (Canterbury) Limited from the Register of Companies on 5 March 2012) with the rights to money held by Parry Field Lawyers.

The money held by Parry Field Lawyers constitutes money owing to David Reid Homes (Canterbury) Limited.
