Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 6 October 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Karen Cave in respect of Footsteps Education – Whanganui/Taranaki (40287), situated at 150 17th Avenue, Tauranga South, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
