Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the Fairlie Primary School (3335) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I direct the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
