Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 8(1) of the Health Research Council Act 1990, the Minister of Health has reappointed

Professor Andrew Mercer

as a member of the Health Research Council of New Zealand for a three-year term of office commencing on the date of publication of this notice; and

Professor Charles Richard Beasley

as a member and Deputy Chair of the Health Research Council of New Zealand for a term of office commencing on the date of publication of this notice and ending on 31 July 2016.
