Pursuant to section 188 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby revokes the approval and notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Friends of Mount Street Cemetery Incorporated as Heritage Protection Authority) Notice 1994 dated 13 September 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 1994, No. 98, page 2976.

This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
