Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 May 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Wendy Logan in respect of Motu Weka Neighbourhood Childcare Centre (65608), situated at 27 Talbot Street, Motueka.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
