Take notice that on 12 February 2016, by virtue of memorandum of Mortgage 7432872.3 (Otago Land Registry), Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited, entered into possession of the property situated at 42 Dalgety Road, Dunedin, being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title OT181/246.
The registered office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is at Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011.
