Notice is hereby given that 100 Investments Limited (“secured party”) as the secured party under financing statement FH0T852F31382VN3/C0007 (“security interest”) granted by Lichfield Ventures Limited (“grantor”) has, on 1 September 2016, entered into possession of the grantor’s charged property (as defined below) pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007.

Charged property means all of the debtor’s present and after-acquired personal property, and all of the debtor’s present and future rights in relation to any personal property, including proceeds (as that term is defined by the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 (“PPSA”)), whether or not it be property to which the PPSA applies (including, without limitation, the debtor’s present and future right to any money, negotiable instruments or chattel paper) and all of the debtor’s present and after-acquired other property as defined in a general security agreement dated 30 March 2005 granting a security interest by the debtor in favour of the secured party, but excluding the land situated at 96 Lichfield Street, Christchurch.

The expression “charged property” shall, as it relates to personal property, be synonymous with the term “collateral” as it is defined by the PPSA.

The Address of the Secured Party’s Registered Office is: 123 Waimea Terrace, Beckenham, Christchurch.
