Take notice that Westpac New Zealand Limited (“mortgagee”), by its agents Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, entered into possession of the following goods mortgaged pursuant to a general security agreement granted by Southern Sights Limited in favour of the mortgagee dated 12 March 2008 (“security agreement”) on the following dates:

1. On 29 May 2016, the mortgagee entered into possession of the following mortgaged goods:
• 400 mixed age cows.
2. On 30 May 2016, the mortgagee entered into possession of the following mortgaged goods:
• 19 mixed age cows;
• 90 mixed age cows; and
• 400 mixed age cows.
3. On 31 May 2016, the mortgagee entered into possession of the following mortgaged goods:
• 357 R1 heifers.
