Heartland Bank Limited (“mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 26 February 2016 it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to a security agreement granted by the mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee dated 23 September 2013 (“security agreement”).
The descriptions of the mortgaged goods are:
- 2001 Case IH MX135 Tractor, Registration No.: 67ZTU;
- 2001 Case CX 70 ROPS 4x4 Tractor C/W Person Loader;
- Duncan Seed Drill, Model: T760; and
- all livestock secured under the security agreement (the last known number being 407 head of cattle as at 11 December 2015), together with any further livestock acquired by the mortgagor since 11 December 2015 plus any progeny of the above livestock (the further particulars of which, including tag numbers, are available from the mortgagee on request).
The address of the mortgagee for communications relating to these goods is the corner of Dent and Finlayson Streets, Whangarei.
