Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered offices are situated at 335 Devon Street East, New Plymouth, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 with the intent that the companies be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidations of the companies have been completed.

Unless written objection to such removals, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by 28 January 2016 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
