I intend to deregister the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008:

BOYAKASHA LP.
EPLINP6068 LP.
NEEMENS HOLDING LP.
PAVIE LP.
WESTEND PROPERTY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to deregistration of any of the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 23 January 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister them.
