Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register

It is intended that the above-named incorporated society be removed from the New Zealand Register, under section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 19 January 2017.
