Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Brian Richard Anderson and Michael John Wilson, joint and several liquidators of HURON HOLDINGS NO. 30 LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Anderson Chartered Accountants Limited, 3rd Floor, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 31 October 2016.
