Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Notice is given of the intention to remove SHERWIN CHAN & WALSHE LIMITED (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies, in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the grounds that the final liquidation documents have been delivered to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 August 2016.
