Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Steve Naidenov, liquidator of the above-named company, have concluded the liquidation of the above-named company and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

I have filed my final report and consequently the company is to be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 28 July 2016.
