Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove MANDEVILLE INVESTMENT TRUST LIMITED from the New Zealand Companies Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 14 July 2016.
