Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given of the intention to remove SW 2014 LIMITED from the Register of Companies in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds the final liquidation documents have been delivered to the Registrar in accordance with section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 1 July 2016.
