Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation

Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993

FXCM AUSTRALIA LIMITED gives notice that, after not less than 20 working days after the date of this public notice, it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for its removal from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with it becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
