Notice of Intention to Remove Charitable Trust From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final report for WANGANUI TRADE AID TRUST (in liquidation) has been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the trust from the Companies Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removal of the trust, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
