Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that MOBACAR AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and be removed from the Overseas Register at the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
