Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that FRESCHE BIOSCIENCE PTY LTD, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
