Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SCIENTIFIC DRILLING INTERNATIONAL INC, a company incorporated in the United States of America but having a place of business in New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand from 28 February 2017.
