Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Overseas Register

Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that MALAYSIAN AIRLINE SYSTEM BERHAD LIMITED, being a company incorporated overseas and registered as an overseas company under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand, and that the company will give notice to the Registrar to remove the company from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
