Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NORWOOD INDUSTRIES PTY. LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.

The cessation will not impact the supply of products to the company’s customers in New Zealand.
